Notice-and-action procedure under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).

If you received a FrankKi letter with unlawful content or sent under a false identity, report it here. We review every report and stop justified letter orders immediately. For incidents that may be criminal (in particular identity fraud, threats, or stalking) we also recommend filing a report with the responsible police authority.

Our deadlines: we sight every report within 48 hours and decide within 7 days. Every decision is logged.
