FrankKi is an iOS app that lets you write and send real physical letters straight from your iPhone. No printer, no trip to the post office. You type your letter, on your own or with AI help, enter the address and pay. FrankKi formats it to the German DIN 5008 standard, prints it on real paper, puts it in an envelope and mails it. Worldwide.
FrankKi sends worldwide: local postal tariffs across the DACH region (DE, AT, CH) and several European countries (FR, NL, GB, BE, LU, ES), and to the rest of the world via DHL in typically 4 to 18 business days.

Q: Brauche ich einen Drucker?
A: Nein. Das ist der ganze Punkt. FrankKi übernimmt Druck, Kuvertierung und Versand komplett. Du brauchst nur dein iPhone.

Q: Wie lange dauert die Zustellung?
A: Ein Standardbrief wird innerhalb von 1–3 Werktagen von der Deutschen Post zugestellt.

Q: Was kostet ein Brief?
A: Ein Standardbrief kostet ab €3,39 (Schwarz-Weiß) oder €3,49 in Farbe. Ein Einschreiben gibt es ab €7,59. Du bezahlst direkt per Karte oder Apple Pay. Kein Abo, kein Guthaben. Den genauen Preis siehst du vor dem Absenden.

Q: Kann ich ein Einschreiben versenden?
A: Ja. Du hast zwei Varianten zur Wahl: Einschreiben Einwurf (Zustellung mit Einlieferungsbeleg, ohne Unterschrift, ab €7,59) und Einschreiben mit Übergabe (persönliche Übergabe gegen Unterschrift des Empfängers, ab €8,19). Beide mit Sendungsverfolgung.

Q: Bekomme ich eine Sendungsnummer von der Deutschen Post?
A: Standardbriefe haben keine Sendungsnummer. Du siehst den Status deines Briefs in der App: bestellt, gedruckt, versendet. Nach dem Versand zeigen wir dir das geschätzte Zustellfenster (1-3 Werktage). Für eine echte Sendungsverfolgung mit Zustellnachweis wählst du ein Einschreiben: als Einwurf (mit Einlieferungsbeleg) oder mit Übergabe (gegen Unterschrift).

Q: Ist das rechtlich gültig?
A: Ja. Dein Brief wird auf echtem Papier gedruckt und per Deutsche Post zugestellt, identisch zu einem selbst aufgegebenen Brief.

Q: Was kann die KI?
A: Die KI formuliert deinen Brief basierend auf deiner Beschreibung. Du sagst z.B. "Ich will mein Fitnessstudio kündigen" und die KI schreibt einen formal korrekten Kündigungsbrief. Du kannst den Text danach jederzeit bearbeiten.

Q: Werden meine Daten gespeichert?
A: Deine Briefe werden lokal auf deinem iPhone gespeichert. Zum Versand wird der Brief einmalig an den Druckdienstleister übertragen und nach dem Druck gelöscht. Kein Account nötig. Keine Werbung. Kein Tracking.

Q: Do I need a printer?
A: No. That is the whole point. FrankKi handles printing, enveloping and mailing completely. All you need is your iPhone.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: A standard letter within Germany is delivered within 1 to 3 business days. International letters take longer depending on the destination. Rest-of-world delivery via DHL is typically 4 to 18 business days.

Q: What does a letter cost?
A: A standard letter starts at 3,39 EUR (black and white) or 3,49 EUR in color. A registered letter starts at 7,59 EUR. International prices are calculated per destination and shown before you send. You pay directly by card or Apple Pay. No subscription, no credit balance. You see the exact price before sending.

Q: Can I send a registered letter?
A: Yes. You can choose between two options: Einschreiben Einwurf (delivery with proof of posting, without a signature, from 7,59 EUR) and Einschreiben mit Übergabe (handed over in person against the recipient signature, from 8,19 EUR). Both with tracking.

Q: Do I get a tracking number from the post?
A: Standard letters do not have a tracking number. You see the status of your letter in the app: ordered, printed, sent. After sending we show you the estimated delivery window (1 to 3 business days within Germany). For real tracking with proof of delivery, choose a registered letter: as Einwurf (with proof of posting) or with Übergabe (against signature).

Q: Is this legally valid?
A: Yes. Your letter is printed on real paper and delivered by post, identical to a letter you mailed yourself.

Q: What can the AI do?
A: The AI drafts your letter based on your description. For example you say "I want to cancel my gym membership" and the AI writes a formally correct cancellation letter. You can edit the text afterwards at any time.

Q: Is my data stored?
A: Your letters are stored locally on your iPhone. To send, the letter is transferred once to the print provider and deleted after printing. No account needed. No ads. No tracking.
